Rental terms and conditions
In order to confirm your reservation, a down payment of 40% of the total amount is required when making a reservation. The remaining amount must be paid two weeks before the check-in through our online Check-in link on the website, or in our office the day of arrival. The keys of the property won’t be delivered if the reservation is not fully paid.
The down payment must be made within 7 working days from the confirmation letter date. If we do not receive this deposit within the specified time, the reservation will automatically be cancelled without prior warning.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will be not refunded under any circumstances. In addition, we will need a valid credit card number for the reservation to be secured. We will confirm you the payment as soon we receive it.
The rental price includes the use of water, gas, electricity, the maintenance of the swimming pool and garden.
All properties are rented with sheets and towels. In case you want an extra change of bed linen and towels, Domus can provide it at a cost of 20€/person.
All cancellations are required to be made in writing, via e-mail to email@example.com
If a reservation is cancelled 30 days before the date of arrival, the tenant will lose the deposit of the reservation.
If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the tenant is liable for 100% of the total cost of the reservation.
- The corresponding amount will directly be charged to the credit card number given when the booking was made.
COVID-19 – Due to the latest pandemic events, all rental reservations with check in before the 14/06/2020 will be canceled and 100% refunded at no cost. For all reservations after this date, in case of prolongation of the State of Alarm, immobility between provinces or closure of borders, the payment deposit would also be refunded.
On arrival, you will be required to provide your credit card number to Domus and a copy of your ID card or passport, also a signature that allows Domus to charge the amount of any damage to the property caused by you or anyone in our party. You are responsible to Domus for the actual costs of any breakage or damage in or to the property – along with any additional costs that may result – which are caused by you and/or any members of your party. Domus has 3 working days to contact you for any damage caused by you or anyone in your party and 15 working days to deduct all sums due as a result of any of the damages caused to the property.
4.- TIME OF ARRIVAL:
On the day of arrival you may enter the property from 4pm to 8pm. If you can’t arrive during this time, you should inform Domus via mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, by phone to +34 972 622 072 or for urgency to +34 636 404 042. If you fail to do so, you may not be able to gain access to the property. Visit Domus to collect your Keys.
5.- TIME OF DEPARTURE:
The property must be vacated on the day of departure before 10am, without exception.
Subletting is strictly forbidden.
Pets are not allowed at all. If you introduce pets to a property without the express authorisation of Domus, you are responsible for all and any damages to the property and these damages will be deducted from the guarantee.
The property, its furniture and its contents will be left in the state and position in which they were on your arrival. Any damage caused must be notified to Domus immediately. Any tenant seen to be misusing the property in any way, may be asked to vacate the property with no legal right to be re-housed elsewhere, and any costs for damages will be charged directly to the credit card left as security
All tenants must respect the maximum capacity designated to each property by Domus. In the event that the afore mentioned capacity is exceeded, the reservation may be cancelled and the tenants may be asked to vacate the property with no rights to claim alternative housing or financial compensation.
Regarding the use of swimming pools, children must never be left unsupervised in the pool area. The tenant has no right to claim against Domus or the owner of the property in relation to misuse of the pool. Tenants are strictly forbidden from tampering with any garden or pool equipment.
Neighbours and community rules must be respected.
Please treat the property as you would your own and tidy up before you leave. You can ask for an extra cleaning if you want to. You are responsible for removal of rubbish to the public containers that are located a very few hundred metres from your property. In case rubbish is left in the property, 250€ will be charged to the security deposit.
In the unlikely event that you have any reason to complain or experience any problems with the property on arrival you must immediately inform Domus and put the complaint in writing during the first 36 hours of your stay. Domus won’t consider any claim made outside of this 36 hours period, and will make you responsible for it. Domus must be immediately informed in case of any cleaning complaint
Domus or any representative of Domus (including workmen) may access the property at any time during your stay to carry out an inspection of the property, or for the purposes of remedying a problem. All efforts to inform you about these visits will be made.In the case of irregularities in the supply of utilities such as water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi and telephone, which are controlled by private entities, neither Domus nor the owner of the property, assume responsibility. Domus and the owner hold no responsibility for any inconvenience/annoyance caused by either building works or any public or private demonstration held in the vicinity of the property.
Neither Domus nor the owner may be held responsible for damages caused by any natural phenomena.
